1. About us

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Ideaspresso website (ideaspresso.io) and any enquiries or service requests you make through it. They are issued by Ideaspresso Pty Ltd, an AI strategy advisory based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that breaches applicable laws, infringes any person's rights, or interferes with the operation of the site.

We reserve the right to restrict access to any part of the website at any time without notice.

3. Free diagnostic audit

The free audit offered on this website is a founder-led diagnostic — a concise review of your online presence intended to identify the main commercial bottleneck in your marketing. It is not a comprehensive technical audit or a replacement for a full strategy engagement.

Submitting an audit request does not create a binding commercial agreement. No payment is required. We reserve the right to decline any audit request at our discretion.

Information provided in audit request forms will be used solely to conduct the diagnostic and communicate the findings. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Free strategy sessions

Strategy sessions are offered without charge and without obligation. Participation does not create a commitment to engage Ideaspresso's paid services, on either side.

We reserve the right to decline, reschedule, or cancel a strategy session at our discretion.

5. Paid services — engagement terms

Paid retainer and project engagements are governed by a separate written engagement letter or service agreement, which will be provided and agreed before any paid work commences. These website Terms of Service do not constitute or imply a service contract.

Key terms that will apply to paid engagements include:

Scope of work: defined in the engagement letter, not implied by website copy
Fees and payment: specified per engagement; invoiced monthly for retainers
Term and termination: month-to-month after initial 90-day sprint, with 30 days written notice to terminate
90-day results guarantee: see clause 6 below

6. The 90-day results guarantee

Ideaspresso offers a 90-day results guarantee on full-service retainer engagements, subject to the following conditions:

The guarantee applies to full-service retainer clients only — not to one-off projects, audits, strategy sessions, or partial engagements
The target result (leads, rankings, or revenue metric) must be agreed in writing before work commences
The 90-day period begins on the campaign launch date, not the date of signing
If the agreed target is not met within 90 days of launch, the client's next full calendar month of retainer is provided at no charge
The guarantee is void if the client materially changes the agreed scope, withholds information, or fails to implement agreed client-side actions within a reasonable timeframe
Full terms are provided in the engagement letter and must be agreed before the guarantee applies

The guarantee is a commitment to accountability — not a representation that any specific result is guaranteed for any specific business.

7. Accuracy of information

We take reasonable care to ensure information on this website is accurate and current. However, the website may contain errors or be out of date at any time. We do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of any content, including growth calculator projections, which are illustrative estimates based on industry benchmarks and not guaranteed outcomes.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, design, code, graphics, and the Ideaspresso brand — is owned by or licensed to Ideaspresso Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

Work product created for clients under paid engagements is addressed in the relevant engagement letter, which typically provides for client ownership upon full payment.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ideaspresso Pty Ltd excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law (including under the Australian Consumer Law), our liability is limited to the resupply of the relevant service.

Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
